Extensive Experience In Gene-Targeted Therapy: A Senior Research Technologist For Gene-Targeted Therapy For Rare Genetic Diseases At Mayo Clinic Should Have A Strong Background In Gene-Targeted Therapy Techniques, Including Gene Editing, Gene Delivery Systems, And Gene Expression Regulation.
Knowledge Of Rare Genetic Diseases: This Position Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Rare Genetic Diseases And Their Underlying Molecular Mechanisms. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Working With Animal Models Of Rare Genetic Diseases And A Strong Understanding Of Disease Pathogenesis.
Advanced Laboratory Skills: A Senior Research Technologist Should Have Advanced Laboratory Skills, Including Cell Culture, Molecular Biology Techniques, And Proficiency In Various Analytical And Imaging Techniques. Experience With Gene Editing Tools Such As Crispr/Cas9 Is Highly Desirable.
