- Develop and implement comprehensive program plans for various educational and clinical programs.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential program opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Create and maintain program budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular financial reports.
- Communicate effectively with program participants, faculty, and staff to provide program updates and gather feedback.
- Serve as the main point of contact for program inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Oversee program registration and enrollment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to secure necessary resources for programs.
- Coordinate program marketing and promotional efforts, including creating materials and utilizing various communication channels.
- Evaluate program success and effectiveness, and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Supervise and mentor junior program coordinators and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines.
- Represent Mayo Clinic at external events and conferences to promote programs and build partnerships.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices in program coordination and incorporate them into program planning and execution.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Coordination Or Related Field.
Strong Project Management And Organizational Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, As Well As Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting.
