  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's physician compensation structure, policies, and procedures.
  2. Analyze and interpret market data and industry trends to determine competitive compensation rates for physicians.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, finance, and leadership, to design and implement effective compensation strategies.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
  5. Communicate effectively with physicians and other key stakeholders to address any compensation-related concerns and provide guidance.
  6. Continuously review and improve compensation processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of compensation analysts to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  8. Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed to gather data and insights on compensation trends and best practices.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on physician compensation and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  10. Work closely with the recruitment team to develop competitive offers for potential physician candidates.
  11. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in compensation laws and ensure compliance within the organization.
  13. Compile and present data and reports to senior leadership to support decision-making processes.
  14. Foster a culture of fairness, transparency, and equity in physician compensation throughout the organization.
  15. Act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in compensation practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Physician Compensation Models And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data.

  • Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
