- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's physician compensation structure, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze and interpret market data and industry trends to determine competitive compensation rates for physicians.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, finance, and leadership, to design and implement effective compensation strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other key stakeholders to address any compensation-related concerns and provide guidance.
- Continuously review and improve compensation processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor a team of compensation analysts to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed to gather data and insights on compensation trends and best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on physician compensation and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to develop competitive offers for potential physician candidates.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in compensation laws and ensure compliance within the organization.
- Compile and present data and reports to senior leadership to support decision-making processes.
- Foster a culture of fairness, transparency, and equity in physician compensation throughout the organization.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in compensation practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Physician Compensation Models And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data.
