  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the overall goals of Mayo Clinic.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand target audiences, messaging, and campaign objectives.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the healthcare industry.
  4. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional (print, radio, TV) and digital (social media, email, website).
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing to ensure Mayo Clinic remains competitive and innovative.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
  8. Develop creative and compelling marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
  9. Oversee the production and distribution of marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency.
  10. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  11. Train and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  12. Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
  13. Continuously monitor and report on the success of marketing efforts using data-driven insights.
  14. Represent Mayo Clinic at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and services.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of Mayo Clinic's services, values, and mission to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Marketing, With A Focus On Both Digital And Traditional Methods.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
