- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the overall goals of Mayo Clinic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand target audiences, messaging, and campaign objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the healthcare industry.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional (print, radio, TV) and digital (social media, email, website).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing to ensure Mayo Clinic remains competitive and innovative.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
- Develop creative and compelling marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
- Oversee the production and distribution of marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Train and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
- Continuously monitor and report on the success of marketing efforts using data-driven insights.
- Represent Mayo Clinic at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and services.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Mayo Clinic's services, values, and mission to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Marketing, With A Focus On Both Digital And Traditional Methods.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Marketing Campaigns.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
