  1. Provide top-notch executive protection services for Mayo Clinic executives, staff, and visitors.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols for high-level executives.
  3. Conduct threat assessments and risk analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop appropriate security measures.
  4. Collaborate with other security team members to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
  5. Monitor and assess potential security threats and take necessary action to mitigate risks.
  6. Maintain a strong understanding of current security trends and utilize that knowledge to enhance protection strategies.
  7. Communicate effectively and professionally with executive leadership, staff, and external partners.
  8. Act as a liaison with law enforcement agencies and other security professionals.
  9. Provide training and guidance to other security personnel on executive protection protocols.
  10. Remain vigilant at all times and be prepared to respond quickly and effectively to any security incidents.
  11. Conduct regular security audits and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  13. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to executive protection and security.
  14. Represent Mayo Clinic in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for all individuals on Mayo Clinic premises.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Executive Protection: A Senior Executive Protection Specialist At Mayo Clinic Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Providing Executive Protection Services, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Setting. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Protecting High-Profile Individuals And Handling A Variety Of Security Situations.

  • Strong Security Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Security, With Knowledge Of Threat Assessment, Risk Management, And Crisis Management. They Should Also Have Experience In Conducting Security Assessments And Developing Security Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Senior Executive Protection Specialist Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With High-Level Executives, Staff, And External Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Communicate Security Protocols And Procedures Clearly And Concisely To All Parties Involved.

  • Proficient In Emergency Response: The Candidate Should Have Extensive Training And Experience In Emergency Response, Including First Aid And Cpr. They Should Be Able To Quickly Assess And Respond To Potential Threats Or Emergencies, As Well As Coordinate With Law Enforcement And Emergency Services As Needed.

  • Ability To Work In A Team: The Senior Executive Protection Specialist Should Be Able To Work Effectively In A Team Environment, Collaborating With Other Security Personnel, Executive Assistants, And Other Staff Members To Ensure The Safety And Security Of Mayo Clinic Executives. They Should Also Be Able To Lead And Train A Team Of Security Personnel As Needed.
