
Senior Clinical Research Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced, well-organized Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join the Mayo Clinic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with highly respected physicians and researchers in the field of clinical research. You will be the key contact between the clinical research team and various departments, providing support, guidance, and coordination of clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of clinical research coordinator experience, including management of clinical trial projects. They must be detailed-oriented and have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with members of the research team and other departments. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clinical research team and other departments.
- Coordinate clinical trial projects including scheduling, data collection, and tracking progress.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Manage and monitor budgets and other financial aspects of clinical trials.
- Develop and implement quality assurance systems for clinical trials.
- Prepare and present project progress reports.
- Provide oversight and guidance to junior research coordinators and other project staff.
- Develop and maintain databases and other information systems for clinical trial projects.
- Assist in the development of protocols and consent forms.
- Participate in team meetings and provide support to the research team.

Biomedical Sciences Or Related Degree
Clinical Research Certification (Acrp Or Socra)
Five () Years Of Relevant Research Experience
Working Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements (Fda/Gcp/Ich/Ich-Gcp)
Ability To Interpret And Apply Research Protocols
