We are seeking a talented individual with a strong background in biology, preferably with experience in molecular biology techniques and mouse models.   1. Conduct laboratory experiments and research in the field of immunology under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and other senior researchers.
  2. Utilize molecular biology techniques, such as DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, cloning, and protein analysis, to perform experiments and collect data.
  3. Maintain and manage laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring proper functioning and organization.
  4. Keep accurate and detailed records of experiments, data, and observations in electronic and paper formats.
  5. Communicate regularly with the research team to discuss progress, troubleshoot issues, and plan future experiments.
  6. Assist in the design and development of research projects and protocols.
  7. Perform literature reviews and stay up-to-date with current research findings in the field.
  8. Contribute to the preparation of scientific publications, presentations, and grant proposals.
  9. Comply with all safety protocols and guidelines in the laboratory.
  10. Train and supervise new laboratory members, including students and interns.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and laboratories within the institution.
  12. Attend and participate in laboratory meetings and seminars.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines in all research activities.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of research data and results.
  15. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of experiments and projects.
  16. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and attend relevant workshops and conferences.
  17. Represent the lab and institution at scientific conferences and meetings.
  18. Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment within the lab.
  19. Follow institutional policies and procedures related to research compliance.
  20. Assist with administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing budgets.
