They should also have experience in laboratory techniques, data collection and analysis, as well as an understanding of the principles of scientific research. Knowledge of the Mayo Clinic’s research protocols and procedures is a plus.The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who works well independently and in a team environment. The ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents is essential, as is the ability to effectively communicate and present research findings. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
