- Accurately and efficiently register patients for medical appointments.
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage to ensure accuracy.
- Collect and process patient payments, including copays and deductibles.
- Communicate effectively with patients to answer any questions and address concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
- Collaborate with other clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Utilize electronic medical record systems to enter and update patient information.

Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Registration Or Customer Service Role, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. It Demonstrates The Individual's Understanding Of Healthcare Processes And Terminology.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Registration Rep, You Will Be Interacting With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals On A Daily Basis. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Providing A Positive And Professional Experience For All Parties Involved.
