Registered Nurse (RN)- Otorhinolaryngology

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Otorhinolaryngology department at Mayo Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing the highest quality of care to our patients and have the ability to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. We seek a person with excellent leadership and organizational skills, who is self-motivated and resourceful, and is able to prioritize and manage time efficiently.The Registered Nurse (RN) - Otorhinolaryngology will provide professional nursing care to our patients in the Otorhinolaryngology department. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care for our patients. The RN must be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, and have excellent communication skills.We require the following qualifications for this position: • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Minnesota• At least two years’ experience as an RN• Previous experience in Otorhinolaryngology• Knowledge of current nursing principles and procedures• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Demonstrated leadership abilitiesIf you have the qualifications and enthusiasm to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Otorhinolaryngology department.
2. Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care for patients.
3. Work independently and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
4. Maintain current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Minnesota.
5. Possess at least two years’ experience as an RN.
6. Have knowledge of current nursing principles and procedures.
7. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. Possess demonstrated leadership abilities.
9. Provide the highest quality of care to our patients.
