Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution: A Bsn Is The Minimum Educational Requirement For A Registered Nurse (Rn) Position At Mayo Clinic. This Degree Ensures That The Nurse Has A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory, Clinical Practice, And Critical Thinking Skills.
Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License: All Candidates For An Rn Position At Mayo Clinic Must Possess A Current And Valid Rn License From The State In Which They Will Be Practicing. This Ensures That The Nurse Is Qualified And Authorized To Provide Patient Care In The Operating Room.
