We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Infusion Therapy Center at Mayo Clinic. The RN will be responsible for providing individualized comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Infusion Therapy Center, in accordance with established policies and procedures. The RN will assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and evaluate outcomes to ensure quality patient care. Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Infusion Therapy Center.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for each patient.
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to ensure quality of care.
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatments and diagnoses.
- Maintain updated knowledge of relevant healthcare advancements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
) Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Practice
) Bachelor's Degree In Nursing
) Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification
) Minimum Of Two Years Of Direct Patient Care Experience In An Infusion Therapy Setting
) Ability To Evaluate Patient Condition And Develop Individualized Plans Of Care
) Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records And Clinical Information Systems
