  1. Provide exceptional care to patients in the Post Surgical Care unit.
  2. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
  3. Utilize strong clinical skills to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
  4. Monitor patients' post-surgical recovery and report any changes or concerns to the medical team.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  6. Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families to address any questions or concerns.
  7. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
  8. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  9. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in the field.
  10. Promote a patient-centered care approach and continuously strive to improve the patient experience.
  11. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  12. Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced nursing staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls And Acls Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution

  • Current And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Post-Surgical Care, Preferably In A Hospital Setting

  • Strong Clinical Assessment And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Patient Needs Simultaneously.
