  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to critically ill children in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Mayo Clinic.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Monitor and assess the patient's condition, administer medications and treatments, and document all care provided.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to provide education, support, and guidance throughout the treatment process.

  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including electronic medical records.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution

  • Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Practice

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (Icu)

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) Certifications
