- Provide exceptional and compassionate care to patients in the Nursing Premium Inpatient Suites at Mayo Clinic.
- Utilize advanced nursing skills and knowledge to deliver specialized treatment to patients.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current Rn License In The State Where The Mayo Clinic Is Located.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Required For This Position. Candidates With A Master's Degree In Nursing Will Be Given Preference.
Relevant Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least Two Years Of Relevant Clinical Experience In An Acute Care Setting, Preferably In A Premium Inpatient Suite.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Advanced Certifications: Candidates With Advanced Certifications Such As Certified Registered Nurse (Crn), Certified Nurse Specialist (Cns), Or Certified Nurse Practitioner (Cnp) Will Be Given Priority. These Certifications Demonstrate A High Level Of Expertise And Proficiency In The Nursing Field.
