1. Provide high-quality patient care: The primary responsibility of a Scrub/Circulate RN in our Neuro Operating Room is to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures. This includes performing assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: Our Scrub/Circulate RNs work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Monitor and maintain a sterile environment: The Neuro Operating Room is a highly sterile environment, and it is the responsibility of the Scrub/Circulate RN to maintain its cleanliness and adhere to strict infection control protocols.
