
Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical / PCU

- Provide exceptional patient care: The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients in the Medical Surgical/Progressive Care Unit.
- Collaborate with healthcare team: The RN will work collaboratively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Assess and monitor patients: The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional status, and regularly monitor their condition to identify any changes or concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments: The RN will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and will ensure accurate documentation of all medications given.
- Educate patients and families: The RN will provide education to patients and their families regarding their conditions, treatments, and medications, and will assist them in understanding and managing their health.
- Utilize critical thinking skills: The RN will use their strong critical thinking skills to assess complex patient situations, make sound clinical judgments, and take appropriate action.

Bls And Acls Certifications.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher From An Accredited Nursing Program.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Medical-Surgical Or Progressive Care Unit (Pcu) Setting.
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
