- Provide compassionate and dedicated nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical/Oncology unit.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications and treatments, and document patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and adhere to all legal and ethical standards.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of patient care activities, including diagnostic tests, procedures, and surgeries.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure the best possible care and outcomes.
- Stay current with advancements in oncology nursing and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality improvement protocols.
- Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Collaborate with community resources and organizations to provide support and resources for patients with cancer.

Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications.
Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.
Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree Or Higher.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In Medical-Surgical And/Or Oncology Nursing.
Strong Clinical Knowledge And Skills In The Care Of Patients With Complex Medical And Oncology Conditions.
