
Registered Nurse - Float Pool, Nights

- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients across various specialties and units.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being, and provide timely interventions as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor and document patients' responses to medications and treatments.
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Act as an advocate for patients and ensure their needs and preferences are respected and addressed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations of the organization and nursing standards of practice.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based nursing practices.
- Regularly attend and participate in continuing education and training programs to maintain clinical competency.
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs and unit assignments.

Bls And Acls Certification
Current Rn License In The State Of Employment
