- Provide exceptional patient care: As a Registered Nurse in our Community Internal Medicine team, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional healthcare services to our patients. This includes conducting thorough assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing patient education and support.
- Collaborate with healthcare team: You will work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for our patients. Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.
Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree Or Higher.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Registered Nurse In A Community Internal Medicine Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Healthcare Teams.
