Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Required For A Registered Nurse Position At Mayo Clinic, With A Focus On Ambulatory Cardiology.
Current Rn License: Candidates Must Possess A Current, Unrestricted Registered Nurse License In The State Of Employment Or A Multi-State License.
Experience In Cardiology: A Minimum Of Two Years Of Experience Working In A Cardiology Setting Is Required For This Position. This Experience Should Include A Variety Of Ambulatory Cardiology Procedures And Treatments.
Bls And Acls Certification: Candidates Must Possess Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Certifications. These Certifications Must Be Obtained Through An American Heart Association Approved Training Program.
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: The Ideal Candidate Will Possess Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Think Critically In Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Situations. This Is Essential For Providing Quality Care To Patients In An Ambulatory Cardiology Setting.
