  1. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various techniques such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
  2. Ensure patient safety and comfort during all imaging procedures.
  3. Accurately position patients and adjust equipment to obtain high-quality images.
  4. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate imaging techniques for each patient.
  6. Interpret images and provide detailed reports to assist physicians in making accurate diagnoses.
  7. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all HIPAA regulations.
  8. Stay updated on advancements in imaging technology and techniques through continuous learning and development.
  9. Educate patients on imaging procedures and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  10. Adhere to all Mayo Clinic policies and procedures.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all imaging procedures.
  12. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
  13. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion when interacting with patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current Certification With The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Medical Center.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Radiology Imaging Equipment, Procedures, And Techniques.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Team-Oriented Environment.
