Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Management, Nursing, Or Quality Assurance.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Quality Or Performance Improvement Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Or Six Sigma.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
