Job Description

The Mayo Clinic is seeking an experienced and passionate Project Manager – Facilities to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive facilities project management system for the clinic. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while also proactively addressing potential risks.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a healthcare setting, and have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. You must also be highly organized and have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects. Additionally, you must demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills and have a passion for delivering excellence in service. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive facilities project management system for the clinic.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Proactively address potential risks and anticipate potential issues.
  4. Utilize project management tools and techniques to ensure project success.
  5. Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Deliver excellence in service through customer relationships and project outcome.
  7. Develop and implement project plans, timeline, budget, and documentation.
  8. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks as needed.
  9. Monitor project progress and provide status updates.
  10. Identify and resolve any project related issues.
