Privacy Analyst

As a Privacy Analyst, you will collaborate with a variety of personnel across the organization to analyze, develop, and implement privacy-related policies, procedures, and initiatives.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in privacy and data security operations, along with a Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field. You must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act. You must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.This is a full-time role based in Rochester, Minnesota. 10. Prepare reports and presentations on privacy-related matters.
