In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions across our organization to enhance operational efficiency and quality of care. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.   1. Identify and analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement.
  2. Design and implement automation solutions that align with organizational goals and strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement automation processes.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented automation solutions, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for automation and process improvement.
  6. Lead and mentor team members in the development and implementation of automation solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for automation processes.
  8. Communicate project updates, progress, and potential roadblocks to relevant stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and security requirements.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation.
  11. Work closely with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and pain points, and develop solutions to address them.
  12. Represent the Enterprise Automation team and collaborate with other departments and teams within Mayo Clinic to drive automation initiatives.
  13. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all tasks and projects.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert in automation and process improvement, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting a continuous learning and improvement mindset.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Leading Automation Initiatives: The Principal Automation Process Analyst Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Leading Automation Projects In Complex Organizations. This Includes Experience In Developing Automation Strategies, Identifying Process Improvement Opportunities, And Implementing Automation Solutions.

  • Proficiency In Automation Tools And Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding And Working Knowledge Of Various Automation Tools And Technologies Such As Robotic Process Automation (Rpa), Artificial Intelligence (Ai), Machine Learning (Ml), And Natural Language Processing (Nlp). They Should Also Have Experience In Working With Automation Platforms Such As Uipath, Automation Anywhere, Or Blue Prism.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Principal Automation Process Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Analyzing Complex Business Processes And Designing Automation Solutions To Improve Efficiency And Productivity. Therefore, Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Principal Automation Process Analyst Will Be Working With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, Process Owners, And It Teams. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Critical To Effectively Communicate Automation Strategies, Gather Requirements, And Manage Expectations.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Processes: Mayo Clinic Is A Renowned Healthcare Organization, And The Principal Automation Process Analyst Should Have A Good Understanding Of Healthcare Processes And Regulations. They Should Also Have Experience In Working With Healthcare-Specific Automation Solutions And Be Familiar With Hipaa Compliance And Data Security Protocols.
