Experience In Phlebotomy: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have Prior Experience In Phlebotomy, Either As A Certified Phlebotomist Or Through Previous Work Experience In A Clinical Setting.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology Is Essential For This Role, As The Phlebotomy Education Assistant Will Be Responsible For Developing And Delivering Educational Materials To Students And Healthcare Professionals.
