Responsibilities:

1. Collect blood specimens from patients and perform routine laboratory tests.

3. Maintain accurate records of specimens collected and test results.
4. Monitor and document quality assurance of laboratory equipment.
5. Answer patient questions and provide education about laboratory tests.
6. Follow established protocols for specimen collection and processing.
7. Handle and process specimens in accordance with laboratory safety standards.
8. Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding test results and patient care needs.
9. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with patients and staff.
10. Perform administrative tasks as required, such as filing and inventory management.
