Job Description

Mayo Clinic is seeking an exceptional Pediatric Neurology - Neurometabolic physician to join our exceptional team in Rochester, Minnesota. We are looking for a board-certified/board-eligible pediatric neurologist dedicated to providing the highest quality of care. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered neurological care to children with a particular emphasis on neurometabolic disorders.The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a strong emphasis on evidence-based medicine and quality improvement. An academic appointment is available at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. The candidate must be eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota.This is an exceptional opportunity to join a renowned teaching institution and to be part of a team of dedicated physicians and advanced practice providers providing the highest quality of care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive, patient-centered neurological care to children with particular emphasis on neurometabolic disorders.
  2. Demonstrate a passion for providing evidence-based medicine and quality improvement.
  3. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Participate in research and teaching activities associated with the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine.
  5. Demonstrate commitment to patient safety and quality care.
  6. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  7. Maintain medical licensure in Minnesota.
