  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, including assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications, and performing basic medical procedures.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into consideration their specific needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, following infection control protocols and ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized and maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support throughout the recovery process.
  • Document all patient care activities and observations in electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and procedures.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure the highest level of patient safety and quality of care.
  • Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Or Equivalent Certification.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Patient Care, Preferably In A Post-Surgical Care Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Post-Surgical Care Procedures And Protocols, Including Wound Care And Infection Control.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
