  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  3. Assist with daily patient care activities, including but not limited to, bathing, feeding, and ambulating.
  4. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.
  6. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive and supportive experience.
  8. Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations and follow established protocols.
  9. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and procedures.
  10. Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction.
  11. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing Mayo Clinic's values and standards.
  12. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
  13. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure efficient patient flow.
  14. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all patient care activities.
  15. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing healthcare environment.
  16. Take initiative to identify and address potential patient care issues and concerns.
  17. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and huddles.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing or healthcare team.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Or Medical Assistant (Ma) Certification.
