- Utilize expertise in hand therapy techniques to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
- Stay updated on current research and advancements in the field of hand and upper extremity rehabilitation.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of new protocols and procedures.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area and equipment.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.

Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Institution.
Current Certification As A Certified Hand Therapist (Cht) From The Hand Therapy Certification Commission.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Occupational Therapist, With A Focus On Hand Therapy.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Hand Anatomy, Conditions, And Treatment Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
