  1. Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing liver transplant procedures in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
  2. Work closely with renowned surgeons to ensure the highest level of care for patients.
  3. Utilize strong clinical expertise to assess and manage patients' pre- and post-transplant needs.
  4. Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  5. Educate patients and their families on the transplant process and post-operative care.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  8. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.
  9. Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of liver transplant.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing Or Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program

  • Current Licensure As A Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant In The State Of Practice

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Inpatient Liver Transplant Or Related Specialty

  • Certification As An Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant) By A Recognized National Credentialing Organization

  • Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With Multidisciplinary Teams, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, And Commitment To Continued Education And Professional Development.
