  1. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with heart rhythm disorders in the field of electrophysiology.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
  3. Utilize cutting-edge technology and stay updated on current advancements in the field of electrophysiology.
  4. Work closely with physicians to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with heart rhythm disorders.
  5. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories, performing physical exams, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
  6. Prescribe and manage medications, including antiarrhythmic drugs and anticoagulants, as well as perform procedures such as cardioversions and ablations.
  7. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  8. Document patient encounters and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  9. Stay current on all state and federal laws and regulations related to nursing and physician assistant practice.
  10. Participate in ongoing education and training to further develop clinical knowledge and skills in the field of electrophysiology.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure coordinated and efficient care.
  12. Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Licensure As A Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant In The State Of Practice.

  • Master's Degree In Nursing Or Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program.

  • Certification In Electrophysiology Or Cardiovascular Medicine From A Recognized Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant In A Cardiology Or Electrophysiology Setting.

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Cardiac Arrhythmias, Diagnostic Testing, And Treatment Options, Including Catheter Ablation And Device Implantation.
