  1. Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure the delivery of high-quality and compassionate care to patients.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing regular feedback and coaching to promote professional growth.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  6. Manage department budget and resources effectively to support the delivery of optimal patient care.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  8. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and updates.
  9. Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within the department.
  11. Mentor and train new nursing staff, as well as provide ongoing education and development opportunities for current staff.
  12. Handle and resolve any patient or staff concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Stay current with advancements and developments in the nursing field and incorporate best practices into daily operations.
  14. Communicate effectively with other departments and leadership to ensure smooth operations and coordination of care.
  15. Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Active Rn License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Nursing Leadership Or Management Role

  • Strong Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
