Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology Or A Related Field

  • Certification As A Medical Technologist By A Recognized Agency (E.g. Ascp)

  • Experience Working In A Cellular Therapy Lab, Preferably In A Hospital Or Research Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Quality Control Standards

  • Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment
