  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist with patient check-in and registration, ensuring all necessary forms and information are completed accurately.
  3. Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for physicians and other healthcare providers.
  4. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  5. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up to date, accurate, and confidential.
  6. Coordinate and schedule procedures, surgeries, and other treatments for patients.
  7. Prepare and maintain medical charts, reports, and other documentation as required.
  8. Order and maintain office and medical supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
  9. Communicate with insurance companies and other healthcare providers to obtain necessary authorizations and referrals.
  10. Assist with billing and coding processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  11. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  12. Keep track of physician schedules and assist with managing their time and appointments.
  13. Provide support to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  14. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and copying.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  16. Attend meetings and training sessions as required to stay updated on policies, procedures, and medical terminology.
  17. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality at all times.
  18. Continuously strive for excellence in patient care and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Medical Administrative Role, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinic Setting.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Record (Emr) Systems, Such As Epic Or Cerner, And Ability To Navigate And Input Data Accurately.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As The Role Involves Interacting With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Staff Members.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Processes, And Hipaa Regulations To Ensure Patient Confidentiality.

  • High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail To Manage Multiple Tasks, Appointments, And Paperwork Efficiently.
