Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Manager - Administrative Office to join the Mayo Clinic team. As the Manager - Administrative Office, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions within Mayo Clinic, while ensuring that the clinic's overall goals are achieved. You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in office management and/or administrative roles, excellent organizational skills, and a strong sense of customer service. You must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to prioritize and work within deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an administrative office setting is required.The successful candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and an aptitude for problem-solving. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage all administrative functions within Mayo Clinic.
  2. Ensure that the clinic's overall goals are achieved.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency.
  4. Supervise staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
  5. Maintain and update office records.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to all Mayo Clinic patients and visitors.
  7. Manage and coordinate office operations, such as ordering supplies and equipment.
  8. Monitor and control budget expenses.
  9. Handle all incoming and outgoing mail.
  10. Create reports, presentations, and other documents.
  11. Problem solve and resolve any administrative issues.
  12. Participate in meetings and events.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
