
Manager - Administrative Office
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Manager - Administrative Office to join the Mayo Clinic team. As the Manager - Administrative Office, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions within Mayo Clinic, while ensuring that the clinic's overall goals are achieved. You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in office management and/or administrative roles, excellent organizational skills, and a strong sense of customer service. You must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to prioritize and work within deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an administrative office setting is required.The successful candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and an aptitude for problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within Mayo Clinic.
- Ensure that the clinic's overall goals are achieved.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency.
- Supervise staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Maintain and update office records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Mayo Clinic patients and visitors.
- Manage and coordinate office operations, such as ordering supplies and equipment.
- Monitor and control budget expenses.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Create reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Problem solve and resolve any administrative issues.
- Participate in meetings and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
