  1. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment to support medical staff in delivering exceptional patient care.
  2. Monitor supply chain and logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  4. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with supply chain procedures.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to forecast supply needs and proactively address potential shortages.
  7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of supplies and equipment to meet patient care needs.
  8. Train and mentor other logistics team members on supply chain processes and procedures.
  9. Continuously monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  10. Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines in handling and transporting medical supplies and equipment.
  11. Identify and resolve any issues or delays in supply chain processes to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
  13. Participate in departmental meetings and provide insights and suggestions for improving supply chain operations.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in logistics and supply chain management.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of Mayo Clinic in all interactions with patients, staff, and vendors.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
