- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Management team to develop and implement logistical strategies to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of supplies and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential shortages or delays, communicating any issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues with orders.
- Utilize supply chain software and systems to track and manage inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to understand their supply needs and ensure timely delivery of requested items.
- Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and make recommendations for streamlining and cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor and manage supply chain budget and expenses.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and practices within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Logistics And Supply Chain Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Transportation, And Distribution Processes.
Proficiency In Using Logistics Software And Microsoft Excel.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
