  1. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Management team to develop and implement logistical strategies to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of supplies and equipment.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential shortages or delays, communicating any issues to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues with orders.
  4. Utilize supply chain software and systems to track and manage inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.
  5. Coordinate with various departments within the organization to understand their supply needs and ensure timely delivery of requested items.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  7. Continuously identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and make recommendations for streamlining and cost-saving measures.
  8. Collaborate with the finance team to monitor and manage supply chain budget and expenses.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and practices within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Logistics And Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Transportation, And Distribution Processes.

  • Proficiency In Using Logistics Software And Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
