- Monitor patient's vital signs and report any abnormal findings to the physician.
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with procedures and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols and procedures.
- Continuously assess and evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.

- Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and procedures.

Current Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid, Unrestricted Lpn License In The State Where The Mayo Clinic Facility Is Located.
Previous Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As An Lpn In A Primary Care Setting Is Preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Must Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Members Of The Healthcare Team.
Knowledge Of Primary Care Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Primary Care Practices And Procedures, Including Administering Medications, Performing Basic Medical Procedures, And Assisting With Patient Education.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Candidate Must Be Able To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
