  1. Provide high-quality care to pediatric and adolescent patients in accordance with the standards set by the Mayo Clinic.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current Lpn License In The State Where The Job Is Located.

  • Pediatric Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As An Lpn In A Pediatric Setting, Preferably In Community Pediatrics And Adolescent Medicine.

  • Knowledge Of Pediatric Medications And Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Pediatric Medications And Procedures, Including Administering Vaccines, Taking Vital Signs, And Assisting With Minor Procedures.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As An Lpn In Community Pediatrics And Adolescent Medicine, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Patients Of All Ages And Their Families. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Explain Medical Information, Are Essential.

  • Team Player: Working In Community Pediatrics And Adolescent Medicine Requires Collaboration And Teamwork. The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Well With Other Healthcare Professionals And Contribute To A Positive And Supportive Work Environment.
