- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the Breast Center
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the medical team
- Educate patients and their families about their treatments and provide support and guidance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Valid Lpn License: The First And Most Important Qualification For This Job Would Be A Valid And Current Lpn License From The State In Which The Mayo Clinic Is Located. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Completed The Required Education And Training To Practice As An Lpn.
Experience In Breast Care: The Ideal Candidate For This Job Would Have Previous Experience Working In A Breast Center Or In A Similar Setting Focused On Breast Care. This Experience Would Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Breast Health And The Ability To Provide Quality Care To Patients.
Knowledge Of Breast Cancer Treatments: As A Licensed Practical Nurse In A Breast Center, It Is Important To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Breast Cancer And Its Treatment Options. This Includes Knowledge Of Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy, And Surgical Procedures Related To Breast Cancer.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Crucial In This Role.
