Legal Counsel - Real Estate Transactions

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Legal Counsel - Real Estate Transactions to join Mayo Clinic's Legal Department. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and closing complex real estate transactions. In addition, you will provide legal advice related to key aspects of real estate transactions and assist with other legal projects as needed. We are seeking a candidate with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in real estate and corporate law. You should have a comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions, including contract law, title review, due diligence, and other key concepts. A strong knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to real estate is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
