  1. Oversee delivery of medical supplies and equipment to Mayo Clinic facilities.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of essential supplies to maintain seamless operation of the healthcare system.
  3. Develop and implement efficient logistics and supply chain strategies.
  4. Analyze and monitor supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  5. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  6. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing.
  7. Train and mentor team members to ensure effective and efficient performance.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments to understand supply needs and prioritize deliveries.
  9. Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements related to supply chain management.
  10. Develop and maintain metrics to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Lead regular meetings with team members to review performance and develop action plans.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to implement best practices.
  13. Communicate with other departments to identify and resolve any supply chain issues.
  14. Coordinate with finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
  15. Ensure all logistical operations adhere to company policies and procedures.
  16. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to support the organization's budget goals.
  17. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all supply chain activities.
  18. Act as a liaison between Mayo Clinic and external vendors and suppliers.
  19. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the supply chain team.
  20. Contribute to the overall success and growth of Mayo Clinic by continuously striving for excellence in supply chain management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within Supply Chain Or Logistics Operations.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Principles And Methodologies.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Supply Chain Systems And Processes.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Project Management Skills.
