- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals and departments at Mayo Clinic.

- Coordinate and manage communication between different departments and teams within the clinic.
- Train and supervise other administrative staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure all administrative tasks and processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special projects or events.
- Handle and prioritize incoming inquiries and requests from patients, visitors, and staff members.

- Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and record-keeping.

- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the administrative team.
- Serve as a liaison between the administrative team and other departments within the clinic.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Administrative Support Roles, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Staff At All Levels.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs.
