1. Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff to the Mayo Clinic in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and answering phone calls.
3. Shadow and assist healthcare professionals in various departments to gain hands-on experience and learn about different specialties.
4. Provide support to patients and their families, offering assistance and guidance as needed.
5. Participate in educational opportunities and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
6. Adhere to all Mayo Clinic policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and professional work environment.
7. Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks assigned by supervisors.
8. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines at all times.
9. Continuously strive for excellence in patient care and customer service.
10. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure a positive experience for all.
11. Attend team meetings and participate in discussions to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement.
