  1. Develop and implement interior design plans for Mayo Clinic facilities, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  2. Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure interior design plans are properly executed within budget and timeline constraints.
  3. Conduct regular audits of existing facilities to identify areas for improvement and develop plans for renovations or updates.
  4. Manage the procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for Mayo Clinic facilities.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in interior design to ensure Mayo Clinic facilities remain cutting-edge and innovative.
  6. Utilize search engine optimization techniques to improve online visibility and drive traffic to Mayo Clinic facilities.
  7. Work closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all Mayo Clinic facilities.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high-quality products.
  9. Monitor and manage budgets for interior design and facilities projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  10. Train and supervise a team of interior design and facilities staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and welcoming environment throughout Mayo Clinic facilities.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all design and facilities decisions meet necessary standards.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design, Facilities Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing Interior Design And Facilities Projects.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations Related To Interior Design And Facilities Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Multiple Stakeholders And Manage Project Timelines.

  • Experience With Sustainable Design Principles And Leed Certification Preferred.
