  1. Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn and gain hands-on experience in the healthcare technology management field.
  2. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of medical equipment by following established protocols and procedures.
  3. Assist in the maintenance and repair of medical equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and meets regulatory standards.
  4. Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on medical equipment to identify and address any issues.
  5. Document and report any equipment malfunctions or errors to the appropriate individuals for timely resolution.
  6. Participate in training and educational opportunities to develop a deep understanding of healthcare technology and industry trends.
  7. Contribute to the overall mission of Mayo Clinic by actively engaging in team meetings and projects.
  8. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and resolve any issues that may arise.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all equipment maintenance and repairs.
  12. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Academic Performance, With A Minimum Gpa Of 3.0.

  • Completion Of At Least Two Years Of College In A Relevant Field, Such As Biomedical Engineering Or Health Technology Management.
