1. Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the facility.
2. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard, maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
3. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to effectively and efficiently clean all areas.
4. Report any maintenance issues or areas in need of repair to the appropriate department.
5. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols while performing cleaning duties.
6. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with residents and their families.
7. Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed.
8. Keep track of and order cleaning supplies as needed.
9. Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of biohazardous waste.
10. Attend training and meetings as required to stay up-to-date on safety procedures and protocols.
11. Continuously strive to improve and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
12. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
13. Provide excellent customer service to residents, their families, and visitors.
14. Follow all established policies and procedures of the facility.
15. Maintain confidentiality of resident information at all times.
16. Report any concerns or issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
17. Adhere to schedule and attendance policies.
18. Take initiative to identify and solve any problems or issues that may arise.
19. Display a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
20. Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or facility management.
