- Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the facility.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard, maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to effectively and efficiently clean all areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or areas in need of repair to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols while performing cleaning duties.
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with residents and their families.
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Keep track of and order cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of biohazardous waste.
- Attend training and meetings as required to stay up-to-date on safety procedures and protocols.
- Continuously strive to improve and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, their families, and visitors.
- Follow all established policies and procedures of the facility.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information at all times.
- Report any concerns or issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Adhere to schedule and attendance policies.
- Take initiative to identify and solve any problems or issues that may arise.
- Display a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or facility management.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Level Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Typically Required For A Housekeeping Position At Charter House.
Previous Housekeeping Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Housekeeping Or Cleaning Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Hospitality Setting.
